It’s the dog days of summer! Your kids have been out of school for a few weeks now, which means the panic might be settling in of how to keep their days occupied, with so many summer activities canceled. Camps, recreation centers, daycares, sports, clubs, and even vacations that used to fill your families’ summer days have been removed from the calendar. Just because your summer plans have been derailed doesn’t mean that you cannot create fun summer memories for your kids!
Part of Mt. Gilead’s mission is to guide your daughter’s spiritual development with different activities all around camp – whether that’s Low Ropes, Wednesday Night Hike, Bible-X’s, Singing in the Dining Hall, or Cabin Time. We want to continue this mission by encouraging you to engage with your daughter(s) through crafts, games, recipes, songs, and more that help them grow in faith and character.
